✅ Step 1: Open the Hoppy Appointments app

From your Shopify admin, open the Hoppy Appointments.

1️⃣ Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

2️⃣ Go to Apps and click on Hoppy Appointments.

✅ Step 2: Create a Service

3️⃣ Once inside the Hoppy Appointments app, start by creating a Service.

4️⃣ This will be the appointment type that your customers can book.

✅ Step 3: Set Your Availability

5️⃣ Click on the Availability tab. Under “Define at which time your guests can book a meeting with you,” you can configure your schedule.

🔹 You can set your availability in two ways:

  • Weekday availability 📅 – for recurring weekly schedules.

  • Specific dates📆 – for one-time or special occasions.

🔹 Configure Weekday Availability:

  • Select the days📅 you’re available (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

  • Set the Start Time and End Time ⏰.

  • To add more weekdays, click "Add weekdays" ➕ and set different times for each day if needed.

🔹 Assign Teams:

  • For each weekday added, click on Teams 👥.

  • Select or add the team members available on that day🕒.

🔹 Add Break Times (Optional)

  • Click on "Add break times" 🛑 to set time slots when you’re unavailable.

  • Select the day, then enter the Start Time and End Time🕒.

  • You can add multiple breaks by clicking "Add break times" again and customizing for each day.

🔹 Set Meeting Duration:

  • Choose how long your meetings will last⏳: 30 mins, 60 mins, 120 mins

  • Want a custom duration? Just double-click on the empty minute box and type in your preferred duration. (You can select multiple durations to give customers more options.)

🔹 Configure Additional Settings :

  • Customer can book after every interval🧭:

    • By default, it's set to the meeting duration.

For example, if the meeting duration is set to 30 minutes, and Customer should be able to book it for 30 minutes by default.

    • Then the slots are generated after every 30 minutes, like this

  • Minimum Scheduling Notice⏳:

    • This setting prevents last-minute bookings. Use the dropdown to select how much notice you need before a customer can book an appointment.

Example: Select "2 hours" if you don’t want anyone booking within two hours of the current time.

  • Look Ahead Time🔭:

    • Set how far into the future customers can schedule a meeting (e.g., 30 days, 90 days).

  • Buffer Time🕒:

    • Add padding between appointments to avoid back-to-back meetings (e.g., 10 mins, 15 mins).

🔹 Block Off Dates (Optional)

  • Click "Add blocked dates" 🚫.

  • Choose the start and end dates🗓, and set the start and end times⏳ for when you’re unavailable.

  • Need more blocked dates? Click "Add blocked dates📅" again and configure separately

Step 4: Save and Publish

6️⃣ Once you’ve configured everything, click Save & Apply Changes.

7️⃣ Visit your store to ensure that your availability on appointment booking displays correctly.

🌟 And just like that, you're ready to take appointments with ease! Let the smooth scheduling begin! 🚀
