✅ Step 1: Ensure Your Appointment Booking is Created and Published
1️⃣ Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Hoppy Appointments app.
2️⃣ Check if you have created the Appointment calendar and ensure it is set to Published.
✅ Step 2: Enable App Embed in Theme Editor
3️⃣ For the Appointment calendar to appear on your store, you must enable the App Embed feature in the Shopify Theme Editor.
🔹 How to Enable App Embed:
Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes.
Click Customize on your active theme.
In the left menu, click on App Embeds (⚙️ settings icon at the bottom).
Find Hoppy Appointment and toggle it ON.
Click Save in the top right corner.
💡 Tip: If the toggle was already ON, try turning it OFF and back ON to refresh the settings.
✅ Step 3: Hard Refresh Your Page
4️⃣ If all else looks good, try to hard refresh the page.
Windows: Press
Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Press
Cmd + Shift + R
✅ Step 4: Check for Theme Styling Conflicts
5️⃣ Your Shopify theme's custom CSS might be overriding the Appointment Calendar.
To check:
Open the Hoppy Appointment app🚚, go to the General tab, change the background or text color, then save and refresh your store.
If the issue persists, contact your theme developer or tech team to resolve CSS conflicts.
✅ Step 5: Still Not Visible? Contact Support!
6️⃣ If you’ve tried all the above steps and the Appointment is still not showing, reach out to Support for further assistance.
