How to customize the appearance settings in the Hoppy Appointments?

✅ Step 1: Open the Hoppy Appointments app

1️⃣ Log in to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.

2️⃣ Click on Apps, then select Hoppy Appointments.

✅ Step 2: Create a New Service

3️⃣ Click "New Service" to start setting up a new appointment type.

4️⃣ Fill in your service details as needed.

✅ Step 3: Customise the Booking Page Appearance

5️⃣ Navigate to the General Tab and customise the aesthetics of your booking page: Background Colour, Text Colour, Icon Colour, Button Colour.

✅ Step 4: Go to the Customisation Tab

6️⃣ Click on the Customisation tab to begin adjusting the appearance and settings of your booking calendar.

  • Set Language, Timezone & Hour Format🌍:

    • Language 🗣️
      ➜ Choose your preferred language from the dropdown.

    • Timezone
      ➜ Select your local timezone to ensure accurate appointment scheduling.

    • Hour Format 🕒
      ➜ Check this box if you want a 24-hour format.

    • Show Timezone Selector 🌐
      ➜ Check this box if you want customers to select their timezone.

    • Show Hour Format Selector ⏱️
      ➜ Enable this to let users switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

  • Use Advanced Configuration (Optional)🧩:

    If you want more control over the text and labels on your booking widget:

    • Check ✅ "Use advanced configuration over translations configuration".

    • Click on "Show Advanced Configuration".

    Now you can customise the following texts shown to customers:

    • Product Page Button Label: BOOK NOW

    • Time Needed Label: How long do you need?

    • Booking Time Prompt: What time works best?

    • Confirm Booking Title: Confirm booking

    • First Name Label: First Name

    • Last Name Label: Last Name

    • Email Label: Email

    • Back Button: Back

    • Confirm Button: Confirm

  • Redirect After Booking 🔁:

    Choose what happens after a successful booking:

    • Do not redirect 🔁

    • Redirect the customer

✅ Step 4: Save Changes

7️⃣ Once all settings are configured to your liking, click Save to apply them.

8️⃣ Your appointment service is live and integrated with the selected product on your site.

🎉 Great! Your booking widget will now reflect these customized appearance settings across your store!🎨
